I recently came in for a scheduled service that included an oil change, rear brake pad replacement, and a tire rotation. My service advisor Liam was genuinely helpful and did his best to make sure everythin an oil change, rear brake pad replacement, and a tire rotation. However, the tire rotation part of the service was not completed correctly. I had checked the tires beforehand, and after the service it was clear that they had not been swapped. When I mentioned it, the team took the car back, but after the second attempt, only one side had actually been rotated. The technician assured me that the work was done, but unfortunately the results didn’t match what was promised. Later, when I arrived at work, my car also showed a warning to check tire pressure — something that is usually addressed during a proper tire rotation. Simple synthetics oil and filter change took 3 hours and cost over $130. I even scheduled the time. I live far enough away that if did not make sense to make the trip twice.
