I understand that during construction, delays and chaos can happen. Yet, take that into consideration for your customers who make an 11am appointment. They discounted my bill $15 to offset my inconvenience, which was nice of them, but not worth that much of my time. I hope they get better at scheduling when the new shop opens. No one should have to wait longer than 1 hour for an oil change. I can go to another place and get it done cheaper and faster if that's the case, though I would prefer OEM. More
