KJ was absolutely the best service advisor I’ve EVER had! ! He went above and beyond to assist me to get my car the repairs I’ve complained about since the beginning of owning this car addressed under my warr ! He went above and beyond to assist me to get my car the repairs I’ve complained about since the beginning of owning this car addressed under my warranty! The other dealer I use to go to just made excuses that it was the type of brake pads VW used with ceramic coating that was the issue. And yes that was the issue but I couldn’t stand to slow down due to high pitched squealing. Thank you so much KJ!! More
