Don't know who Abraham Herrera. But my sales person name is Gary Michael. He is excellent sales person. He was more motivated to make the sale. All our concerns and needs are met. What ever challenge in price negotiation, plus even features and colors inventory issue, he was able to come up with solutions and got our needs met.
