Sales Dept claimed to be there for you, but they are not there for the customer, discovered til in finance department the offered interest rate was high! Logged in to bank & got approved for 1/2 the intere there for the customer, discovered til in finance department the offered interest rate was high! Logged in to bank & got approved for 1/2 the interest rate! Finance does not communicate or follow up with any situations on account process. Contacted dealership on status, could not tell me what was going on, & was going to have finance return the call, they did not call back. Had to make a return visit to figured out what the issue was, there was none, finance never followed up with paperwork process, “dropped the ball”. More
