I recently purchased a pre-owned car and faced several issues soon after. One of the major problems was with the navigation display not working. When I reached out for help, instead of resolving the issue, I was told to just use maps on my phone and listen while driving — which is an unacceptable and careless suggestion, especially after purchasing a vehicle. When I mentioned that the car was still within the return window and that I might consider returning it if the issues weren’t addressed, I was met with an unprofessional response implying that we had used the car for personal purposes like attending a wedding or traveling and were now trying to return it. This was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. We even asked them to check the odometer to confirm we had not driven more than 30 miles, just to clarify any doubts. Only after this did they finally attempt to fix the problem. This experience was disappointing and not what I expected. Buyers deserve better support and professionalism, especially when concerns are raised within the return period. More
