I believe they purchase the cheapest cars at an auction and don't touch them, they just price them to lure you in and tell you they haven't been able to look over the car yet to see what's wrong with it. and don't touch them, they just price them to lure you in and tell you they haven't been able to look over the car yet to see what's wrong with it. This was actually my second experience here. My daughter found a car online and went to test-drive it a couple years ago. I came to meet her and the car was shaking, looked like it had been side swiped and was dirty. We left. I forgot about the place until I found a used car online and went in. I forgot about the dealership until I walked in the door. Hilarious. The car was basically falling apart, dirty, and they said the same spill. "We just got this one in and haven't had a chance to review it. I told them to review it and call me and let me know the price difference. I never received a call. But I did receive an email from someone a week later asking me when I would like to come in and look at the car. LOL. Lack of communication within their company and lack of care with the used cars they choose to slang ( not sell ) slang at people. More
I buy cars pretty regularly for work and have dealt with a lot of scammy dealerships but this place was something else... I came in to buy a new Nissan Versa and the lady I spoke to ignored my request and s a lot of scammy dealerships but this place was something else... I came in to buy a new Nissan Versa and the lady I spoke to ignored my request and started trying to upsell me to an Altima. I insisted I was only interested in a Versa or a Sentra so eventually (after sitting in her office for ages while she gossiped with her colleagues) she worked me up some numbers on both a Versa and a Sentra. I told her I liked the Versa numbers and was willing to put down a deposit. That's when I mentioned I would be paying cash. She tried to talk me out of paying in cash for a while but when I insisted she said she had to go ask her manager. She leaves the room for another 15 minutes and then the manager comes in and says they actually don't have any Versas or Sentras in stock, none on the way, and there is no way for me to be put on a waitlist for one. I knew I was being scammed at this point so I asked about an Altima (they had like 15 sitting out front so he couldn't say they had none). He told me he'd run the numbers. He came back 15 minutes later and tried to charge me... wait for it... 50 THOUSAND DOLLARS! For a Nissan Altima! I could've bought a nice BMW for that amount of money. He had somehow conjured up $20k+ in BS fees because he didn't want me to pay cash. Seriously these guys are scammers and jerks the likes of which I've never seen. Literally go anywhere else. More
Do not purchase from this dealer. I recently visited to purchase a 2022 Frontier. The color/model I wanted was not in stock, however another dealer had the truck I wanted. They made multiple attempts to a purchase a 2022 Frontier. The color/model I wanted was not in stock, however another dealer had the truck I wanted. They made multiple attempts to agree on a monthly payment amount without revealing the price. We insisted we wanted to know the selling price. At that point the salesman (John) leaves the room to speak with the sales manager. He returns with a a price sheet that list the selling price of more than $55,000. The MSRP of the truck is about $42,000. This dealership tried to take advantage of us. What they did is criminal. Do not buy from this dealer! Steve More
This place SUCKS. I submitted an inquiry on their website about a specific vehicle and Dwayne B. responded with, "GREAT NEWS! The exact vehicle you want is here at the dealership!" I scheduled an appointment about a specific vehicle and Dwayne B. responded with, "GREAT NEWS! The exact vehicle you want is here at the dealership!" I scheduled an appointment and battled traffic on I-35 to get there and I learned that Dwayne is either a liar or he was just wrong because they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted, but they said they might be able to get it for me. I asked what kind of incentives they were offering and wanted to talk about the price of the vehicle, but the sleazy "sales floor manager" Frank T. only wanted to talk about what my monthly payment would be. Because I'll be paying cash for the car, I didn't want to play the monthly payment game with them. Frank got frustrated at this point and suggested I wasn't ready to buy so I should come back when I'm ready. Huh? I brought my checkbook and was prepared to buy the car THAT DAY, but they pulled a bait-and-switch on me and didn't actually have the car I inquired about and they wouldn't talk with me about pricing or when a similar car would be arriving on the lot. This place is a waste of time and is exacly the reason so many people hate the car-buying process. I felt like I needed to take a shower afterwards. Buy from a different dealership. They don't deserve your money. More
I felt cheated and angry. I bought a truck, the salesman said they would detail it and get it all cleaned up. Also the oil was at 30% life remaining, and a couple of the tires I bought a truck, the salesman said they would detail it and get it all cleaned up. Also the oil was at 30% life remaining, and a couple of the tires were missing the valve stem covers. Little stuff. I called for an appointment to have this all done, was told I didn't need one for detailing, just come on by anytime. I drove 23 miles, was rudely ignored for 20 minutes by the service people, (even after I got out of the car and stood by the kiosk looking right at them!) when I finally was able to get one to help me he told me I had to arrive early in the morning, leave the car all day, and bring a "Wheeoh". (This turned out to be a work order from the salesman who sold the car, cutely called a "We Owe"). So I would have had to drive over to the sales dealership, find the salesman and get this form, (and at no time did the service flack offer to phone the salesman and have it faxed over), and then come back another day (another hour driving through Austin) and leave the car all day. For a washing and an oil change. I suspect this is how they get out of honoring their commitments, by making it way too inconvenient. So for $37,000 I got one key to the truck ($190 to get another), 2 out of 4 tire valve stem covers, elderly oil, and I get to clean the thing up myself. Aaaaaand, they (service) were really rude. So, yes, I think one star. More
Liars and scam artists Worst experience I've ever had. After stringing us along for close to nine hours, the sales manager, Zane, backed out of a handshake agreement Worst experience I've ever had.
