Took my car in for a "recall diagnostic" service. Got there around noon on Saturday and was asked to come back on Monday. But was not very knowledgeable or maybe was told not to speak about WHAT actually was tested or how it was tested. They gave me around 6-8 recommendations for services that they recommend, mind you I picked up this Rogue 2023 SL in July. Haven't even had it for 5 whole months and they are telling me I need to replace THIS and service THAT. My question then becomes How/Why aren't these pre-owned cars serviced and/or kept in good condition that when sold I've already had to take it in about 4-5 different times.. The gentleman that sold me the car was great! But the service and the condition the vehicle was in was sub par to say the least. I have so many questions and they have no answers for me. Apparently it's MY FAULT the vehicle has so many faults even though I have only owned it since July, which is downright crazy. Wish they would have at least made an effort to reassure me that the recall found no faults or issues going on. They just gave me a print out of the "services" they suggested need to be done for the vehicle. But honestly, I am considering going to a different dealer altogether at this point. I. G. More
