Call at 6:56 PM phone number 972–792- 6764 left my fourth message for the manager. I called twice this morning and I called this afternoon and I’m calling again. Only voicemail doesn’t answer the phone.

Today is Sunday left multiple messages at the Cooley Courtsey Nissan of Richardson dealership not one response back called the phone numbers kept calling left messages all day from morning until night . No one responded so everybody I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. They are not transparent on any transaction that is done the sales department does not know the financial department does not know nobody is transparent when you lease a car and the outrageous property tax that they make you pay without telling you and you don’t know what’s coming either. You don’t know the amount it just appears on your bill like it did to mine for December. . This inconvenience has made it so I still will not be able to use a car or put gas in it. It’s hindered me. I’m paying quite a few bills. I’ll be behind now. It’s hindered me in my medication. It’s hinder me in so many areas, I don’t even wanna go into it because it’s too personal but if you want to get screwed over, this is the dealership to do business with.

I discussed this with the manager Luis and we discovered the previous owners of Courtsey Nissan with the sales person. Damien Bates I don’t have the name of the finance person did some shady business and completely misled me. Luis is doing his best to remedy the situation but unfortunately, the prior dealership completely screwed me over on this lease so the money I thought I had I don’t I have nothing. I appreciate Luis and his professionalism very grateful for him, but as for Courtsey Nissan‘s previous sellers, if I knew how to find them, there would be a serious lawsuit you do not deceive your customer, badger, and misrepresent and that’s what the finance manager and the sales person did at Courtsey Nissan on 4/24/24 not under Cooley ownership , but the owners who own Courtsey Nissan at that very time. Whoever those groups of people are are shady, shady, dishonest, and shady.
