Had appt for oil change took almost two hours. That is ridiculous. Also items quoted that needed service air filter cabin filter replacement etc. was told my maintenance agreement didn’t cov That is ridiculous. Shauna had been phenomenal and extremely helpful/supportive through my entire experience. All of my previously owned vehicles were Chevrolet and I recently purchased a Nissan vehicle and imm helpful/supportive through my entire experience. Shauna is the reason I’d consider ever purchasing another Nissan vehicle. Other Nissan dealers can learn a thing or two from her when it comes to customer service. More
