It took 3 weeks to deliver my vehicle because the vehicle wasn’t even inspected when it was on the lot and I was the one that had to alert them of the vehicle check engine light. I was given new repair time frames about 7 times that I just had to laugh at some point. I kept getting lame excuses like the parts were on back order due to Covid back order issues. The process was so bad to closing that I even had to sign a whole new set of documents 3 weeks later than the first set… who wants to sit with F&I twice?!?! From the sales process to the handling by management without any extra customer service to the obviously bad service and/or parts departments, it’s very unlikely I’d go back to a Clay Cooley dealership! More
