I bought a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue in December of 2023. Loved my SUV, I stayed with Nissan because I have a 2011 Altima thats been great to me and my family, reliable with no issues, as of today we s 2023. I looked to the same reliability and I wanted a SUV so I went with the Nissan Rogue, On Friday January 24 2025 my back window just randomly exploded for no reason. I walked out side going back to work and heard a noise and seen a piece of my window fly off, went and looked and all around my back window is shattered. I called Clay Cooley Nissan in Dallas the service department, because that is where I purchased the vehicle to see what they can do about this issue on the window exploding, the lady I spoke with Courtney told me this is not covered under warranty , my response was are you serious, my back window just randomly exploded and this is not covered under warranty. Mind you my vehicle is only a year old. She told me to send her pictures of the window, so that is what I did with a video of my cameras showing how a piece of my window just randomly flew off. I called January 25 to see if she received my email, was on hold for 10 minutes for the receptionist to come back and tell me she was busy got my name and number and she was going to call me back, this was at about noon time, never received a call from her. Tomorrow January 27 will be 4 days with out my rogue. To replace the back window my insurance said it will be $550. I have to come up with the funds so I can drive my vehicle that I make payments on, with the economy now a days, I just don't have $550 for a back window laying around, I am a single mother trying to make it. They don't seem to care, I expected them to empathize with the situation. I hope others get better treatment with the Clay Cooley family Guarantee, because I can not even get a call back. Very unprofessional! More

Clay Cooley is a great place for starters. I’m a repeat client however, with each time I’ve had great customer service. I got a new vehicle this go around and just love the servicing included.
