I had been in less than a month prior for the same service and was charged half as much. When I asked for an explanation, I was told nothing, and it was treated like a bartering situation. It took numerous back and forth to get charged ALMOST the same price as I had a reason prior. It was a scam. More

Poor communication from service advisor. Didn't seem to understand how to use their online service/billing system. I asked for 4 things to be done. 2 of them did not make it onto the automat Didn't seem to understand how to use their online service/billing system. I asked for 4 things to be done. 2 of them did not make it onto the automatic bill that they texted to me. I brought it up to the advisor. He said they would be there when I paid for the service. They were not. I called back. He said I would be able to add them onto the invoice. I could not. I had to contact him again to have him add the services to the invoice. I was very happy with how quickly they were able to start and complete the service. Nothing against CC Hyundai, I just forget how expensive dealers are for normal service. Nearly $400 for an oil and transmission fluid change. :o More
