Took my Tucson in for the driver’s door lock button not working on June 22-2024, the part had to be ordered and painted but was told it would be ready to install the next week. This is August 3-2024 multiple calls 8 to be exact constantly told Kenny Bredemeier was out and would have to call me back. Never got a returned call, told the order was not in the system and Kenny was the only person that could take care of it. Worse customer service ever not to mention that for a routine oil change with an appointment it is always a 3 to 4 hour wait while you sit. I do not recommend Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall,Tx. Would not buy another vehicle from them due to their horrible customer service and I don’t care attitude. More
Most of the service advisors are straight forward and easy to work with. The techs all do a great job as well. Usually pretty quick depending on what you need.
