Conveniently placed procedures, and quick to let me know if there's something urgent to tend to the vehicle. The only thing I would suggest is maybe make a comfy lounge for people to sit and wait. This last limp mode and I caught that they've been not documenting what we tell them but rather falsifying the documentations to cover them. I placed a review on nextdoor for locals to see and it got over 9000 views/responses within 48 hrs. The service manager text me and said they would help only if I removed the post. I was charged $330 for what I feel should of been covered by the warranty. I came in due to a check engine light. I was called and told it was water damaged possibly caused by a pressure washer. I didn't pre by the warranty. I came in due to a check engine light. I was called and told it was water damaged possibly caused by a pressure washer. I didn't pressure wash the engine. This car has been in New Mexico up in the mountain area for the last 4 years so moisture could have caused it. It only affected 1 spark plug and 1 coil and was told it was all rusted up. Why was it only 1 and not the other 3 if I pressure washed it. Very frustrating! More

On April 5, 2 weeks ago, had a wonderful and thorough experience with the service staff. I was driving to Arkansas for a wedding and my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe was leaking under the engine after a brief experience with the service staff. I was driving to Arkansas for a wedding and my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe was leaking under the engine after a brief stop. It turned out to be air conditioner condensation. We were in and out in less than an hour. We made it home safely. Thanks to everyone. More
Service is terrible. Have called several times for service, have had to leave a message because they are "busy". No one has ever returned my phone call. I called, again, explained my disappointment and frustration that no one had ever returned my phone call, only to be told, "We always return our phone calls". No you do not!! No help at all when I asked a question and he was rude! I would not even give them one star, but you have to choose or you can't leave a review. More

I had to bring it in Not very impressed with service or their vehicles. I had electrical problems with my 2018 Hyundai Tucson that I bought Dec 2018. I had to bring it in several times since January before they could diagnose the issues. They where finally able to duplicate the problem and repair it last week. I though that would be the end of it-NOPE! In the process of repairing the defect the technicians damaged/scratched the interior plastic on the dash and above the steering wheel. They also did not put it together correctly. They gave me my car back with part of the dash not completely attached fortunately the service guy was able to pop that part back into place. They also didn't but the dash bored back correctly because some of the service lights where covered by plastic around the steering wheel. I am not sure if they look at the vehicle before they give them back to their customers or if they just don't care about the damage they do while repairing someones car. I traded one problem for another and I officially regret ever stepping foot on their car lot. The staff is friendly but it doesn't really make up for the absolutely awful service. I will never by from Clay Cooley or a Hyundai ever again. More
