I bought a 2021 Hyundai ELANTRA from them in 2022. Went back once for an oil change and then took it home to do all the maintenance because it was more of a hassle to get it out of there and it was ju Went back once for an oil change and then took it home to do all the maintenance because it was more of a hassle to get it out of there and it was just to put it up on a jack and do the oil change myself. I’ve been going in and out on assignments so I haven’t actually had contact with this car for a long time until I came home from new assignment got in the car to drive it and saw that the dash was lit up the thing creek high hall at rough started and I couldn’t figure out whether or not the way I’ve been changing it for quite a few miles. I went to go get a bunch of things fixed there, and the gentleman behind the counter essentially took a look at the things that I had added to the ticket and asked me why do I think I need these things? What is it? That makes me want these things And then why did I bring it in? Essentially over 20 minutes, he went outside and looked at the car came back inside pulled back up my ticket and said if this works, you do not need a new key fob. It’s gonna be uncomfortable and it’s not convenient thing but it’s $400. Don’t do it. He then went through the things that I could bundle together and the things that were likely were causing the issue, but could probably be fixed Without needing full diagnostic. He put the car in with the service shop and he came out three or four times while I was sitting in the lobby and walked through updates. What needed to be done? What could be done at home explain to me why certain things needed to be done. And then turned around at the very end and went through the list of things that could be a problem in the future, but we’re not a problem enough to worry about it. They gave me a copy of all my papers. They gave me an estimate on when I would need something changed. And then he pointed out that there were structural damage to the back right strut That wasn’t causing the alignment to be too far off, but may need to be fixed in the future. I already left town to go onto another travel assignment, But I know that the car is at least going to run well enough that by the time I get back, it’ll still be in one piece save some crazy person hits it. 10/10 I’m going to this service Shop in the future More
