Terrible vehicle Not very impressed with service or their vehicles. I had electrical problems with my 2018 Hyundai Tucson that I bought Dec 2018. I had to bring it in several times since January before they could diagnose the issues. They where finally able to duplicate the problem and repair it last week. I though that would be the end of it-NOPE! In the process of repairing the defect the technicians damaged/scratched the interior plastic on the dash and above the steering wheel. They also did not put it together correctly. They gave me my car back with part of the dash not completely attached fortunately the service guy was able to pop that part back into place. They also didn't but the dash bored back correctly because some of the service lights where covered by plastic around the steering wheel. I am not sure if they look at the vehicle before they give them back to their customers or if they just don't care about the damage they do while repairing someones car. I traded one problem for another and I officially regret ever stepping foot on their car lot. The staff is friendly but it doesn't really make up for the absolutely awful service. I will never by from Clay Cooley or a Hyundai ever again. More

Beyond Excellent I purchased a used Hyundai for my 16 year old daughter from Ron at Young Hyundai. The vehicle only had 1 key and 1 fob, and it also had a few minor c I purchased a used Hyundai for my 16 year old daughter from Ron at Young Hyundai. The vehicle only had 1 key and 1 fob, and it also had a few minor concerns. Ron brought me another key and fob, to my part of town (1 hour away). When I returned for my inspection, Selby (probably the best Service Manager in the history of said profession) took care of me. He fixed everything I found wrong or questioned. He personally got into the vehicle to assist with something I couldn't replace. He went above and beyond to take care of everything and to ensure that I left happy. I really am surprised that he is as genuine as he is...most service managers come across shady. Selby is an amazing man, down to earth, honest and helpful....If I could, I'd duplicate him in every dealership I deal with for my other cars...he is genuinely the best service manager I have ever met. Ron, my salesman was exceptional also...I could go on all day about him and Selby...nice work guys, I have bought my FIRST Hyundai from you...and I'd gladly buy again. Exceptional work!!! More
