This last limp mode and I caught that they've been not documenting what we tell them but rather falsifying the documentations to cover them. I placed a review on nextdoor for locals to see and it got over 9000 views/responses within 48 hrs. The service manager text me and said they would help only if I removed the post. I was charged $330 for what I feel should of been covered by the warranty. I came in due to a check engine light. I was called and told it was water damaged possibly caused by a pressure washer. I didn't pre by the warranty. I came in due to a check engine light. I was called and told it was water damaged possibly caused by a pressure washer. I didn't pressure wash the engine. This car has been in New Mexico up in the mountain area for the last 4 years so moisture could have caused it. It only affected 1 spark plug and 1 coil and was told it was all rusted up. Why was it only 1 and not the other 3 if I pressure washed it. Very frustrating! More
