While I appreciate the clean waiting area with workspace, I was caught off guard by the upsetting and some of it untrue. I was told my vehicle needed $200 worth of extra bogus work the most appalling was tha I was caught off guard by the upsetting and some of it untrue. There is no way to test for this without pulling all four tires off and Testing them on a machine. Being that the car was only back there for 30 min there is no way that was done and if it has a report should have been shown showing me the imbalance. My car was back in 5 minutes. I felt like I was an uneducated idiot. I know a thi g or two abiut tires and car maintenance More
