Clay Cooley Hyundai I had been trying to locate a 2017 Santa Fe limited ultimate in Night Sky Pearl for about 2 weeks. I had been told by other dealerships that there we I had been trying to locate a 2017 Santa Fe limited ultimate in Night Sky Pearl for about 2 weeks. I had been told by other dealerships that there were none anywhere in the area. I found the vehicle on the Clay Cooley website and Ken in sales was very helpful, sending me a picture of the window sticker and pictures of the actual vehicle. Overall a good experience, Ken is very personable and Justin the general manager went the extra mile to make sure I left with the exact SUV I wanted. The only reason I would not return to Clay Cooley for service as well is the distance from my home. More

I drove from Irving to this dealership, 30 miles away, as the Hyundai in Irving was horrible. I would recommend you make this drive, as it was the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Gary allowed me to compare other options at other dealerships before coming back. Gave me a great price on a 2017 Sonata Sport and leather at cost installed. The followup on the leather wasn't up to par. Sales rep was out due to unforeseen circumstances and no one picked up the slack to schedule the leather install. I had to drive into the dealership to get it taken care of. They installed the leather seats in one day though, so that was a plus. Gave me service compensation due to the lack of communication. Overall, good dealership/service, but slightly marked down due to above reasons. They made it right, otherwise scores would be a lot lower. More
