He was easy going and joked around with us, too, which made it a pleasant experience. Jay in Finance let me know my options but didn't because we told him up front that I wasn't interested in anything additional, he didn't take up any more of my time than what was necessary--I really appreciated that. This was a wonderful experience and I would DEFINITELY do business with them again. More
