I rate the service department higher than the sales. Didn't feel my business was appreciated when I bought my 2nd vehicle. When I showed for my appointment which I had called in a week prior, nobody informed me that the prices had gone up significantly. Philip told me it was going to be $121 and I had a $10 dollar coupon so h week prior, nobody informed me that the prices had gone up significantly. That’s freaking insane for an oil change and I told him I won’t be coming back. The crazy thing when I asked where Kenny was some people said I don’t know an Kenny are you kidding me? He’s been there for as long as I’ve been going and he was the one who got me a new motor cause Hyundai knew they had motor issues. Also, every time I go, I was told last oil change I needed antifreeze that it was low and I was like that’s OK. I can put it in my friend checked it who is a mechanic and he’s like it’s full. Why would they tell you they wanted to charge you 100 and something dollars for antifreeze when you were full? I just feel like being a woman sometimes which I’m very knowledgeable of motors cause we drag race that they try to pull one on me. I just feel this place has lost me credibility and I’m sorry to have to say that. More

It feels like every time that I go in there I have to pay $200 for some sort of diagnostic. A few weeks back I brought in one of my cars that another dealership told me that he had a bad engine or that the e $200 for some sort of diagnostic. I brought it in and they called me two days later they charged me $200 to tell me that the engine was out which I already knew. Just feels like every time I go in money comes out of my pocket. More
