I bought a vehicle in December-2023They were supposed to give me car plate within 60 days. Now it is 8 months and i have not received my car plate. I am tired of calling and emailing of every single conta give me car plate within 60 days. Now it is 8 months and i have not received my car plate. I am tired of calling and emailing of every single contact in dealership. No one returns the calls. They are not issuing me temporary plate as well. Very poor and disappointing service and customer care. More

Took my Tucson in for the driver’s door lock button not working on June 22-2024, the part had to be ordered and painted but was told it would be ready to install the next week. This is August 3-2024 multiple calls 8 to be exact constantly told Kenny Bredemeier was out and would have to call me back. Never got a returned call, told the order was not in the system and Kenny was the only person that could take care of it. Worse customer service ever not to mention that for a routine oil change with an appointment it is always a 3 to 4 hour wait while you sit. I do not recommend Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall,Tx. Would not buy another vehicle from them due to their horrible customer service and I don’t care attitude. More

Most of the service advisors are straight forward and easy to work with. The techs all do a great job as well. Usually pretty quick depending on what you need. Buying process was straight forward and easy. They respected my dollar amount and worked to make the best deal happen. Tyler the salesman was great but decided against the product selected. Received return check of purchase before vehicle ready for delivery.. The sales person handling the paperwork for purchase and title was very good. Not sure that we want an Hyundai product in future but dealership okay! More
