I don’t know how Clay Cooley of Rockwall ever got a 4. 7 average review. My experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with a dealership. I bought a 2023 Santa Cruz from them in June 2023 with 4639 miles 7 average review. My experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was assured that I would receive warranty the same as new which I found out to be false. The service was great, but passing the 3% charge for using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing. For many of us using a card is the only way we can manage needed repairs, so being pen using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing.
