Service is fine. Took over an hour to do an oil change with an appointment, feels like it’s way too long. The service area staff was friendly enough, but my daughter and I walked through the sales floor and none of the 5 salesmen we encountered greeted us, acknowledged us or even smiled. Since we weren’t there to buy a car, they could not have cared less about us. They were laughing and chatting with each other, so it’s not like they were busy. More
