When I arrived they were quick to greet me and pull up my account. They were quick and let me know we can follow on the app to see estimate completion time. Great customer service! I came in without an appointment. They let me know it would be an hour and a half before they could get to my car, and that is exactly how long it was. They then identified my car’s problem quickly and immediately fixed it. I also picked up my plates while there so they installed them onto the car for me since it was already in the shop. My car’s issue was covered by the warranty, so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. More
