SCAM from Start to FINISH. Bait and switch right off the bat. Was there to see a 2023 silver convertible Camaro, but when I got there, it was a bright RED Camaro, which I don't do red vehicles. So instead of me and my husband walking out like I tried to do 3 times that night, they said we have other cars that we can sell you, I said Well I am wanting a sports car. They only have 2 Dodge Challengers and 1 Ford convertible Mustang. I don't do Fords, so I decided to look at the Challenger, the dealership parking lot was extremely dark that night, so I didn't get the best look inside and out of the car I test drove. And they never thought to advise me that the challenger was almost 10K more than the car I was looking at. So now here I sit with a car that I just want to give back since there are issues that I am still trying to get the GM Troy to answer our calls but still dodging me and my husband. I am already needing an oil change so I need to know if one of my protection plans will cover that part. The dealership/GM did us dirty in this deal and wanted to bail out the first 7 days which they made sure it was past their 7-day mark to do any kind of exchange to make the deal right. Due to the alignment being bad when I purchased the car, I got the shop to fix the alignment but did nothing to correct the tire issue I was complaining about the day we bought the car. The dealership also FAILED to advise me that this car had been in an accident of some kind because the hood of the car doesn't shut properly. And I can't even wash the car because the paint is starting the chip off the hood of the car. The tires are still an issue with the performance of the vehicle. With all the warranty and extra items tacked on at the end for things like Premier Protection-Ally Auto Care-Ally Everyday Protection for Appearance Protection and last but not least-Tire & Wheel + Cosmetic/Chrome protection. What does all this cover?? My lender is pushing it off on the dealership. So, let's see how long I have to wait now!! More
I would never buy anything from Clay Cooley of Dallas. I was excited to see, and test drive a 2023 Chevy Camaro they had on their website in a pretty gray convertible. I had talked to the salesman John I was excited to see, and test drive a 2023 Chevy Camaro they had on their website in a pretty gray convertible. I had talked to the salesman John N for days before going up there, because I knew they weren't going to be able to give me the deal I needed to get out of truck that I was upside down in and have lower monthly payments. So, when I got there, I saw no gray convertible, all I saw was a RED Camaro that I know I didn't want. I was ready to walk. Another manager I guess came over and said that if we let the truck go back and buy this car it would look good to the creditor. xxxxxxxxx!! They basically suckered my poor husband into buying this Challenger for me as a late Valentines gift and ruin his credit in the process. So, we end of taking a 2022 Dodge Challenger home that night against my better judgement since it was so dark, and the dealership was not well lite at all. By the time I saw the light of day, the car was home with me, and it rode rough, and I knew there were things that needed to be fixed in order for this car to be drivable. Here we are 11 days from the day I went home with vehicle, and they only fixed a few small issues that didn't really cost them that much money, but I keep telling them in more ways than one that this car needs new tires and wheels, now all I hear are the tires going down the road. My husband has put a call into the CEO of Clay Cooley, and even the CEO is hiding and not dealing with the problem. When I went to pick up the car from service I met with the GM Ron King and I told him to his face that even though I am picking the car up that this was far from being over. HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! More
I wanted to get a used vehicle so I applied online through the website. After a couple of minutes, I did not get a call. So I called the number on the website and spoke with Elexus. She said that the through the website. After a couple of minutes, I did not get a call. So I called the number on the website and spoke with Elexus. She said that the call was monitored so she will call me back on her personal phone to get my information since they do not use the credit application online company anymore. After providing my information, she said she will call me back. After 15 minutes, she asked if I had any credit and needed a co-signer. I told her that I have purchased cars in the past and my credit report is not new. FYI, a few minutes later my TransUnion was pulled via notification from credit karma. She said that she was going to check back with her manager and call me back. I have not received a call back yet. This was a very poor customer service experience. More
My daughter was asked if she was there for a oil change after she had already told them when she got there. Then they were asking her if she wanted to trade or buy a car. From her experience it does not so after she had already told them when she got there. Then they were asking her if she wanted to trade or buy a car. From her experience it does not sound like a good experience. The price of the oil change was to high. More
