WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. CHRIS & PAUL ARE MORONS. I reached out to this dealership after my rear view mirror fell off my windshield trying to see if it would be covered under the manufacture warranty I reached out to this dealership after my rear view mirror fell off my windshield trying to see if it would be covered under the manufacture warranty since I am under 36K miles. Bear in mind, this is not where I purchased the vehicle, but my local Jeep dealer. After several attempts of trying to speak to someone from the Service Department, I finally had the joy of speaking with some idiot named, Chris Pierson, who claimed he was the Service Advisor. He asked me to bring my car in the following morning to take a look at the damages and get the warranty process started. The next morning when I arrived, Chris took photos of the windshield/mirror and said he would send them off to the Chrysler warranty department for approval assuring me that it wouldn't be an issue to get this repaired. He confirmed later that day that the warranty department would cover this at no cost to me, but that it would be 7-10 days before the parts would be in. At this time, he back tracked and said he was very surprised that warranty covered this, but that he "went to bat for me." I did ask Chris previously, if there was a way to temporarily fix the issue as the rear view mirror was swinging all around while driving, not to mention the safety hazard of not having a functioning rear view mirror. He said no, so I asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle in the meantime since it was going to be such a long wait for material/repair. He told me no that they couldn't provide one. After much persuading and arguing with Chris, I was able to get a loaner vehicle covered by the dealership. 2 weeks go by, and I hear nothing from Chris. I follow up with him asking for an update and he gives me a vague response "parts not in. special ordered from Chrysler." So, I wait a couple more days and finally he let's me know that the parts have come in & he just needs to schedule the repairs. Yesterday, Chris calls me to let me know that my windshield that HE inspected, took photos of, and sent off to the warranty department that was approved for replacement by Chrysler was no longer approved because it was not a mopar windshield. He said it would cost me $800.00 to repair. That's when I became very upset with Chris and asked him why this was not found when I originally brought my car in. He said when the windshield installer REMOVED my windshield they noticed it was aftermarket. He insinuated that I brought my car in knowing it had an aftermarket windshield on it. If he and Chrysler staff don't know their own product, how would I know? His claim was that he was not a "windshield technician" and he was "just trying to help." Anyways, I asked to speak with his manager, and he put me off to the next idiot, Paul Sears, who was a total xxxxxxx and offered no assistance whatsoever. Clearly, this is a trend at this dealership and I can say that this whole situation could have been avoided had Clay Cooley & Chrysler done their jobs and found that this was an aftermarket windshield the first time I brought the car in, but apparently everyone there is incompetent and incapable of checking the brand on the right corner of the windshield. Seriously, how was this missed??? Makes no sense at all. I strongly discourage anyone visiting this dealership and will be leaving this same review on every outlet possible just to save someone the hassle. As others have said, all this dealership wants is your money and/or to waste your time. Stay away! More
I took my Dodge Ram to Clay Cooley so that I could make sure my repairs were covered under my extended warranty. The FIRST time I took it in they had it for over a week for basic repairs. I paid the deduct sure my repairs were covered under my extended warranty. The FIRST time I took it in they had it for over a week for basic repairs. I paid the deductible and then some and thought everything was ok. A week later I was driving home from work and broke down on the highway, so had to tow the truck back to the shop. I spoke with Alex in the service dept. He told me that they would rush it and get it taken care of quickly for me. I called every day for ELEVEN DAYS, and no they never would call me back. When I was able to speak to Alex after being put on hold and getting transferred all over, all I was told is that he was having a hard time having his technician to work on it! When I finally got my truck back I found a new dent on the tailgate, and they didn't even care to clean it. Now today I went to start my truck and it would not start AGAIN, so I had my truck towed to Huffines Dodge in Plano. They told me what the problem is, which is a simple wire issue. So Clay Cooley held my truck for no reason I paid money for no reason and they didn't do a thing. Don't trust these people!! More
