Stay FAAAAARRRRR away!!!! I am so over this! I just got an attitude from a service guy that said I have to just drop off my truck and hope you get to it. No appointments. Last I am so over this! I just got an attitude from a service guy that said I have to just drop off my truck and hope you get to it. No appointments. Last time that happened you had it for 31 days!!!! My headliner was supposed to be in 3 days ago now not til tomorrow. No communication, i had to call and wait 12 mins on hold to find this out. You have killed my love for this vehicle because it has become such a xxxx nightmare!!!! The biggest complaint i had (engine) isn't even fully resolved. I have complained directly to Chrysler too BTW. More

The dealership should honor it and not give the customer, who bought 2 new vehicles within 6 months, the run around. Returning a phone call and/or an email for starters would help. Now it will be hard for me to recommend this dealership. More

Shady sales techniques We went here to purchase a vehicle and I used to think the age old techniques of manipulative salesman & managers were a thing of the past. They have We went here to purchase a vehicle and I used to think the age old techniques of manipulative salesman & managers were a thing of the past. They have reminded me that's not the case. We made an offer and at first they declined and countered halfway. Later the manager comes out and says they can't do it and goes back up to their original price so we left (at this point I chalk it up to communication and no harm done). Over the next few days the salesman, Stephen Knight, contacts us via text periodically telling us he is going to take it above his manager to Mr. Cooley himself and get the deal approved. Needless to say this sounded like a story but we went along and he assured us daily he'd get it done. It went on for about a week of texts telling us the car has been detailed and gassed up. Infact one day he told us to come in at 5 because we were good to go. We arrived at 5pm just to wait for 30 minutes while he disappeared and he said "Mr. Cooley is on his way to make the deal happen". This is a blatant disregard for the value of people's time and a lie. I assure you I will never shop at any location with the name CLAY COOLEY and intend to share my story with my family and friends who intend on purchasing a vehicle from a shady dealership such as this. Will never go to this dealership again! I had spoken to the internet sales team about a jeep srt I was interested in and if they would be willing to price match another dealer (for the conve I had spoken to the internet sales team about a jeep srt I was interested in and if they would be willing to price match another dealer (for the convenience of not driving 2 hours to the other dealer) and they said absolutely they could. The sales woman even checked with the GM and came back to say they could and when I'd be able to come in. I went there on that Saturday to find out they could not match that deal and they weren't sure how the other dealer got to that price. Because of their action I lost out on the other car at the other dealer! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. CHRIS & PAUL ARE MORONS. I reached out to this dealership after my rear view mirror fell off my windshield trying to see if it would be covered under the manufacture warranty I reached out to this dealership after my rear view mirror fell off my windshield trying to see if it would be covered under the manufacture warranty since I am under 36K miles. Bear in mind, this is not where I purchased the vehicle, but my local Jeep dealer. After several attempts of trying to speak to someone from the Service Department, I finally had the joy of speaking with some idiot named, Chris Pierson, who claimed he was the Service Advisor. He asked me to bring my car in the following morning to take a look at the damages and get the warranty process started. The next morning when I arrived, Chris took photos of the windshield/mirror and said he would send them off to the Chrysler warranty department for approval assuring me that it wouldn't be an issue to get this repaired. He confirmed later that day that the warranty department would cover this at no cost to me, but that it would be 7-10 days before the parts would be in. At this time, he back tracked and said he was very surprised that warranty covered this, but that he "went to bat for me." I did ask Chris previously, if there was a way to temporarily fix the issue as the rear view mirror was swinging all around while driving, not to mention the safety hazard of not having a functioning rear view mirror. He said no, so I asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle in the meantime since it was going to be such a long wait for material/repair. He told me no that they couldn't provide one. After much persuading and arguing with Chris, I was able to get a loaner vehicle covered by the dealership. 2 weeks go by, and I hear nothing from Chris. I follow up with him asking for an update and he gives me a vague response "parts not in. special ordered from Chrysler." So, I wait a couple more days and finally he let's me know that the parts have come in & he just needs to schedule the repairs. Yesterday, Chris calls me to let me know that my windshield that HE inspected, took photos of, and sent off to the warranty department that was approved for replacement by Chrysler was no longer approved because it was not a mopar windshield. He said it would cost me $800.00 to repair. That's when I became very upset with Chris and asked him why this was not found when I originally brought my car in. He said when the windshield installer REMOVED my windshield they noticed it was aftermarket. He insinuated that I brought my car in knowing it had an aftermarket windshield on it. If he and Chrysler staff don't know their own product, how would I know? His claim was that he was not a "windshield technician" and he was "just trying to help." Anyways, I asked to speak with his manager, and he put me off to the next idiot, Paul Sears, who was a total xxxxxxx and offered no assistance whatsoever. Clearly, this is a trend at this dealership and I can say that this whole situation could have been avoided had Clay Cooley & Chrysler done their jobs and found that this was an aftermarket windshield the first time I brought the car in, but apparently everyone there is incompetent and incapable of checking the brand on the right corner of the windshield. Seriously, how was this missed??? Makes no sense at all. I strongly discourage anyone visiting this dealership and will be leaving this same review on every outlet possible just to save someone the hassle. As others have said, all this dealership wants is your money and/or to waste your time. Stay away! More
Mistake after mistake contracts over two months , first one they messed up so bad my interest rate jumped up 6 points and 75 a month difference in payments , through the t contracts over two months , first one they messed up so bad my interest rate jumped up 6 points and 75 a month difference in payments , through the the process of their numerous mistakes, mis communications and errors , wrong vin number twice! Ran my credit 27 TIMES ! mind you I've been driving the vehicle thinking we have a valid contract. I now have a car loan on my credit for at least 30 days for a car I never owned ( wrong vin number) that was sold to someone else which cancelled my loan . Seriously who runs a business like this ? Didn't offer to accommodate in anyway just gave me my down payment back after mentioning they might have to charge me for the use of the veiechle? made numerous calls to Chrysler financial who were as helpful as they could be but their hands were tied since the dealership cancelled the contract to push someone else's sale through on the vin number of the car I was driving - yep that's right they screwed that persons deal up too. Now because of all their mistakes and actions my credit score had dropped enough and is showing a loan on a car I never even had possession of it's making it difficult to purchase another car ! So I'm spending money on a rental all while they refuse to accept responsibility or even answer or return my phone calls! I really am in disturbed and outraged at the whole situation and if it weren't helping to me I wouldn't believe it! But I have the screwed up contracts and letter from Chrysler financial to prove it ! Anyone know good lawyer???!!!! More

They do all possible to get you in the door and then they give you the worst deal only to make a sale. I purchased a vechile with them and was not told that it had been in a car wreck previusoly. Had I known that why would I purchase such a vehicle. They would do nothing to help me out. Then on top of that they make you fill out a review under the assumption that you just received the best service when it is all a load of crap. Find another dealership that will give you better service and acknowledge faulty business practice. More
