Great Service Experience! I was having an issue with my Jeep Wrangler soft top. Ray Christian went out of his way to insure that my issue was fixed beyond my expectations. I bought a car on Feb 13( Dodge Charger), I took a out side finance and paid them a check but they send my title to different bank, when I called them they said it 60 days for bank to receive my title. I was kept on receiving notice from my bank saying not received the title. In June when my bank charged me 18% for not providing a title I went to dealership and found they have send it to different bank and till now they haven't resolved it. SECONDLY THEY PROMISED 1ST FREE SERVICE, WHICH I HAD TO GO WAIT AND TALK TO 3 DIFFERENT SALES MANGERS TO GET VOUCHER AFTER 3 HOURS OF MY TIME IN DEALERSHIP. THIRDLY I GOT NOTICE FROM NTTA WITH CHEVY TRUCK ON MY NAME WITH MY CAR DETAILS WHEN I STARTED INVESTIGATING I FOUND THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED 2 TEMPORARY TITLE ON 2 DIFFERENTDATES TO MY CAR WITH SAME VIN AND MY DETAILS, ONE TO ME ON THE DAY I BOUGHT CAR AND AFTER 2 DAYS TO CHEVY TRUCK WHICH IS STILL RUNNING ON ROAD AFTER THE TEMPORARY TAG EXPIRED. WHEN I WENT TO SHOWROOM TODAY THEY TREATED LIKE A xxxx AND I HAD WAIT FOR 5;30 HOURS TO MEET THE GM MR. JOE. WHO SAYS HE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE ALL, WILL RESOLVE AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW. THEY TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. HE SAYS EVERY 5 MINS HE SELL 1000 CARS A MONTH AND DON'T TO HELP ME. General manager Joe Fernandez busy in meeting and don’t want to meet me. xxxxing cheater this dealership is. Ridiculous customer service. I also have few more customers like me here waiting. Unethical sales tactics, blatant lies to make deal Was told my vehicle would be sold back due to errors on my orginal vehicle, i.e no signature and the contract was back ended at the very last min in Was told my vehicle would be sold back due to errors on my orginal vehicle, i.e no signature and the contract was back ended at the very last min in funding. Sales men ( if I can get you in a brand new vehicle lower your payments and no money down, and buy back your vehicle would you do it? ) , well of course no negative equity on the back end at all correct ? (No no negative equity infact you will get a refund later). Not what happened I went home with 2 vehicles day 1 , day 2 returned 1 took home a totally different car with totally different terms. Basically we kept the stock low end no bells no whistles vehicle , sending back the high end model , but instead of the price of the low end we got shafted with the higher end model price and terms on the higher end midel model incorrectly, the returned model. Even though 2 vehicles in question 0were brand new the one kept had hail damage. And scratch and should have been lower cost from damages. The buyback vehicle was placed as a trade in and the negative equity placed on the back end. when this was not what was agreed to at all.never recieved a refund or cashback rebate as promised,in fact just the opisit they rebates were added on as negative amounts not positive. I never missed a payment prior to selling it back to dealership and yet my last payment their payoff payment reflected 30days passed due no explanation or attempt to help fix the ding on my credit the company created. When I contacted the dealership about discrepancy and issues with contracts and warranties and refunds , I was brushed off , ignored, told manager of finance or person that had to approve request was gone. Yet they quick to contact if I want to trade or purchase another vehicle. Lied and told me because I was married they could run my spouse's credit even though he wasn't there at all not would be because he was at work,just needed to sign for him. Its illegal with an POA which I did not know or have at the time. They never sign your contract while you are there in the office unless you point it out. Infact if its signed at all will be weeks later. I have 2 contracts not signed for by dealership, yet the lending companies say they have signed documents? How is it possible and or legal when I have orginal docs proving otherwise, not only that the dates are reflected on 1 of the contracts is completely false and hadn't even been drawn up until the following day in question, yet signature dates say other wise. Dealership claims you have to take issues up with lender and lender pinpongs you back to dealership. Mean while you get stuck with the shaft ,debt, broken promises, all responsibility and no way to rectify the situation. Salesmen and finance rep both stated that vehicle was guaranteed easy trade in 6 to 12 months no negative equity to worry about and turn over would boost credit score. Or could refinance to lower payments if I decided I really wanted to keep the vehicle instead. SALES Rep Convinced and flat out stated dealership only sold dodge ,Chrysler or jeep for new vehicles, I never wanted any of the above listed no interest at all. Yet I was told was all I was approved for. Which was a lie I found out in funding not true I could have had a vehicles of my choice brought over from other locations or go to other locations to retrieve. I specifically asked if they had a Nissan dealership close sales men no just dodge. Which was on the other side of the higher was same dealership for Nissan. I explained to sales men medical conditions that cause issues with prolonged exposure to the sun, among other that cause more serious mental and physical issues that affect my more cognitive functioning that prolonged time gaps between medications and non intake of food will cause. When specifically told I was on strict timeline where i had medications that had to be taken I was quickly rushed into another decision or choice to make instead of being handed the keys to my vehicle I arrived in to go home. I was mislead until the very last minute that my vehicle was already on a different lot completely. However was only parked out of sight there are so many things that I could mention from finance to toy truck driver who explained that this dealership rarely pays off the vehicles sold or traded into it until the last minute, they pick up cars under repo out of their lot multiple times weekly for non payment, its created such a mess in my life I now am looking at attorneys to file suite over the financial mess the entire events have caused. Non of the verbal commitments stated were honored or followed through on , not one. Alex who is now in service department of this location, was my original sales rep at the used location for the vehicle I was returning, (I did not work with him during the sale or the above vehicles in question). TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I bought a used truck on December of 2018. I had the truck for 28 days, and the truck all of a sudden would not start. Took it in the next day January I bought a used truck on December of 2018. I had the truck for 28 days, and the truck all of a sudden would not start. Took it in the next day January 22 with the same issue, and two guys saw the issue it was having. Tony at the Dodge service center had it for weeks and it ran fine. One day after those two weeks it didn't start again (January 26). Tony and his men couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they pushed it over to Chevy service center (February 11). It has now been a month since I took the truck in to be fixed and they still do not know what is wrong with the truck. Also while it has been at Chevy the truck has started all on it's own and they are wanting me to come pick the truck up knowing there is a problem and knowing it has not been fixed (February 18). I have not been given or even offered a rental during this month they've had my vehicle. On top of that I have been trying to get a hold of the general manager of the store, general sales manager, and I have not been able to get a hold of either of these people. I have left several messages and I have called multiple times a day and still nothing. Tony Johnson throughout all of this at the Dodge service has been great, every one else at Clay Cooley has been awful. I will never be back to do business with them and I will never ever refer anyone to them. This has been the worst car buying experience!! And I still do not even have a vehicle that I have been paying for and I am left without a vehicle. As of today February 21, 2019, I am still not even sure if the vehicle has been fixed or not. I have called multiple times for the General Manager of the store and I still have not been able to get ahold of him or have him return any of my voicemails. More
Ran my credit 2x and a cheat company all over. I have a excellent credit score 789 and they wanted to give me 7.59% finance option after my down payment for balance of 14k which would bring it to 2 I have a excellent credit score 789 and they wanted to give me 7.59% finance option after my down payment for balance of 14k which would bring it to 20K. I think these people cheat on anyone who they can. Also, they ran my credit score twice for no reason. I am going to dispute this. More
