Oh we replace the lost keys, fix chiped windshields, dent repair ect....What? Never lost a key and nowadays windshield chips are repaired for free with your insurance provider. Called to talk to a manager, was answered by a person who called himself JC. Asked what his name was and he said "JC". Very professional! Regardless, find a dealer who is honest up front so you dont waist your time. Might be the worst we have ever dealt with. More

I have tried several months to get work done on my car I purchased in July 2022. I needed a loaner car to leave my car in service, I was told they didn’t have any available mind u I have been trying all the purchased in July 2022. Is that not the dumbest thing u have ever heard. So I ask to speak to service manager. I wait outside in 24 degree temp for at least 20 min and he never comes out. I finally leave. This dealership is the worst they will mess up the parts and lie so you will have to pay. I got a brand new radiator and and a month after my car ran hot again and they damage the radiator and said they did and lie so you will have to pay. This was very rude, we talked to sales man the night before telling him we would be there and set up an appointment for Friday at 2pm, Friday morning Joe texted the wife twice and she told him we were coming. Then at 1 o'clock salesman texted and I let him know I would be there on time. We actually arrive 10 minutes till 2 and they were in the process of selling it to someone else. Between me and the wife we lost 2 days of work, and the cost if driving 200 miles 400 round trip. They offered to fill my tank up, but was already full and a an insult.
