I had to purchase a vehicle from their Fresh Start Program and he still took good care of me and treated me with respect. I liked that in a salesperson. Great job! More

Awful experience. Final price listed is deceptive. I took a very expensive Uber to test drive a used car listed for $16,000. Loved the car, ready to make a cash payment ....then BAM! You HAVE to pay $2,500 more for our custom protection plan. I don't want that plan! And they said it was required. I was ok paying for the normal tax title etc. But I do not want the custom protection plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they had me sit with some finance guy that offered to finance me the plan. I don't want to finance anything! I have cash!!!! Left angry and deceived. NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The salesman was nice and I know he was just doing what he was told. More

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. This was my first time buying a car and these people totally lied to me. My first car that I actually wanted was a camaro but Don Johnson said that I couldn’t ge first time buying a car and these people totally lied to me. I also wanted a use car and they said Tjay it would be more of a liability if I got a used so I was like oh that’s cool that I qualify for a new car. So they put me in this Chevy Cruze 2019. Stu told me that I could refinance this car in 6 months, turns out that was a lie, can’t refinance this car until I pay more off on this car. My bill is extremely high and no one wants to refinance my car because I am upside down in my loan. So with that being said, I want Don Johnson, Stu, and Clay Cooleys grandson to know that I hope they all lose their jobs because that was absolutely horrible to manipulate and lie to a young woman who was just trying to get a good deal on a car. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM CLAY COOLEY!! More

Waiting for a call??? I went into the Chrysler location on 8/8, I told them UPFRONT I had only my trade no cash.. SO I test drove a Dodge Journey Crossroad i liked it and would have been satisfied with it until i can improve my credit situation. HOWEVER, they asked for not 1 but 2 co-signers... then 1500 cash... I said no it's is fine I am not in a HAVE to situation at all just a want to. SO they said let us "talk to the bank" on Monday and see what we can do... Proceeded to run my credit 26 more times... through the same companies over and over... The "manager" calls me on Tuesday to tell me he is walking the lot and will call me back in 30 minutes to tell me what they have that they can get me into... Today is Thursday... no call still. Then the salesman that was "working" with me calls me on Wednesday and says we got you in a car how soon can you be here. I asked what car and he said an SUV how soon can you be here, I said what kind, he said I don't know come on up... NO I am not going to drive and hour not knowing what for... He said let me find out, all I know is its is on the Kia lot. Well here it is Thursday afternoon and still no call back from the manager or the Salesman... Pretty disappointed would have been so much easier to say I am sorry, we can't help you out right now.. Because if they called me right now that is what i will say! For someone who was trying to be a repeat buyer they have made it hard to still want to be. More

Satified! I went in to see if they would lol! And they did, I traded in my 2009 Pontiac G6. My sales man Mr. Fernando was awesome! He first offered me the 2018 I went in to see if they would lol! He first offered me the 2018 Nissan Rouge and i liked it so I took it home but than realized it wasn't me so I took it back to get my car back and Mr. Fernando said wait let me find another car for you and he did, so I got the 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and I love it. I stopped by after work to look at the new Chevy Blazer and met L.A. Warren, Jr. who showed me around. After some thoughtful conversation he showed me a higher trim level Equinox which I was able to get i and met L.A. Warren, Jr. who showed me around. I really appreciated his no nonsense approach, candid conversations when it came to financing and I ended purchasing what I found to be a better value.
