This has been one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. My mom has spent thousands of dollars here for the same issue, and the check engine light is still not fixed. Now they’ve had her car for nearly a month with nothing but excuses and almost no communication. They don’t return calls, and it feels like they’re taking advantage of her. I would strongly warn others to stay away from this service department. The service writer,Obrayan has had many excuses. She did pick her car up today, however, the check engine came back on and to top it off, tools that she kept in case of an emergency are missing. She has previously purchased two cars from here. Never again. We are going elsewhere. To add insult to injury, when she picked up her car today after having it for a month, they said there was no charge like they were doing her a favor. THEY owe her money back as she spent thousands to have it fixed and it's still not fixed! Do not go here for service! More
