I had to bring my 2022 RAM 2500 back in after getting an oil change. Turns out they failed to properly tighten the oil filter and it leaked oil in my garage and oil was in various areas on my undercarriage oil change. Turns out they failed to properly tighten the oil filter and it leaked oil in my garage and oil was in various areas on my undercarriage after driving with the leak, They did do another oil change for free and were supposed to clean up where the oil had leaked. They did not do so. I cleaned it myself as best I could when I got home. Kyle was informative and helpful but the mechanic did not do what he was supposed to do. I would have a difficult time recommending this service dept. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with the service dept.
