There was very poor communication. I was not updated on any progress during my vehicle’s service. I was never able to reach my advisor and had to continuously call for any updates. I ended up just taking matters in my own hands and showing back up at dealership. Lo and behold my vehicle was sitting outside and had been done being serviced for who knows how long. At time of pickup and advisor was again not available, and was not able to speak to me about the reasoning for malfunction with my vehicle and how to prevent in the the future. Worst experience at a Jeep dealer yet. More
