Had appt. For a state inspection. When I checked in was told the machine was broken. I asked why I wasn’t told when I made the appt and didn’t get a response. For a state inspection. Also got front brakes done and while the work was completed it took much longer than it should have and then had to wait at the cashier for awhile until advisor Mark completed the paperwork. Just doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency at this dealership. More
