Not friendly at all. Upon meeting Cesar in the front service bay, he seemed annoyed at the very start. Even when we were at his desk filling out the service request, he seemed almost irritated that I was asking to apply service coupons from the Don Davis website. There was no eye-contact made at all during this discussion and Cesar kept his eyes on his computer and kept typing. I was told simple responds of "no", "can't do it", "we don't allow that" when I asked if I can add wheel rotation to my oil change service and utilized the '$5 off wheel rotation' couple in addition to the '10% off bonus' coupon. The '10% off bonus' coupon was at least applied after he had to get a manager approval. Even upon picking up the keys once the oil change was complete, it was a simple 'here's your keeps, goodbye'. No discussion of the service or inspection results. No explanation, discussion, or verbal confirmation of the 2 recalls that were serviced. Also surprised Don Davis does not offer a free car wash with an oil change like other dealerships, but not hold this against Don Davis as this is more of a nice-to-have. I'm more disappointment by the personal interaction, or the lack of it. Don Davis is only a few miles from my house, but I would rather drive a longer distance to get friendly customer service from a service department that would more appreciate the business. More

I came in wanting to look at a few models I had seen online and was greeted by Stephanie. She was outstanding as she took the time to get the vehicles I requested looked at test driven despite it being online and was greeted by Stephanie. Very unprofessional I had to go and ask about my car after they said it was done in 15 minutes. It took him an hour and a half to get it to me and they were just talking with each other and I had to int after they said it was done in 15 minutes.
