Not friendly at all. Upon meeting Cesar in the front service bay, he seemed annoyed at the very start. No smile, no pleasantries for a person that's in a customer service Upon meeting Cesar in the front service bay, he seemed annoyed at the very start. Even when we were at his desk filling out the service request, he seemed almost irritated that I was asking to apply service coupons from the Don Davis website. There was no eye-contact made at all during this discussion and Cesar kept his eyes on his computer and kept typing. I was told simple responds of "no", "can't do it", "we don't allow that" when I asked if I can add wheel rotation to my oil change service and utilized the '$5 off wheel rotation' couple in addition to the '10% off bonus' coupon. The '10% off bonus' coupon was at least applied after he had to get a manager approval. Even upon picking up the keys once the oil change was complete, it was a simple 'here's your keeps, goodbye'. No discussion of the service or inspection results. No explanation, discussion, or verbal confirmation of the 2 recalls that were serviced. Also surprised Don Davis does not offer a free car wash with an oil change like other dealerships, but not hold this against Don Davis as this is more of a nice-to-have. I'm more disappointment by the personal interaction, or the lack of it. Don Davis is only a few miles from my house, but I would rather drive a longer distance to get friendly customer service from a service department that would more appreciate the business. More
