Not friendly at all. Upon meeting Cesar in the front service bay, he seemed annoyed at the very start. No smile, no pleasantries for a person that's in a customer service Upon meeting Cesar in the front service bay, he seemed annoyed at the very start. No smile, no pleasantries for a person that's in a customer service role. Even when we were at his desk filling out the service request, he seemed almost irritated that I was asking to apply service coupons from the Don Davis website. There was no eye-contact made at all during this discussion and Cesar kept his eyes on his computer and kept typing. I was told simple responds of "no", "can't do it", "we don't allow that" when I asked if I can add wheel rotation to my oil change service and utilized the '$5 off wheel rotation' couple in addition to the '10% off bonus' coupon. The '10% off bonus' coupon was at least applied after he had to get a manager approval. Even upon picking up the keys once the oil change was complete, it was a simple 'here's your keeps, goodbye'. No discussion of the service or inspection results. No explanation, discussion, or verbal confirmation of the 2 recalls that were serviced. Also surprised Don Davis does not offer a free car wash with an oil change like other dealerships, but not hold this against Don Davis as this is more of a nice-to-have. I'm more disappointment by the personal interaction, or the lack of it. Don Davis is only a few miles from my house, but I would rather drive a longer distance to get friendly customer service from a service department that would more appreciate the business. More
