It was very difficult to schedule appt for recall service. It took 7 contacts to get someone to schedule the appt. The corporate web page does not have an option for recall or write in. This is my 3rd experience with the dealership: absurdly slow and incompetent. The original Jeep battery went out—the dealer told me it wasn’t covered under the additional insurance. An oil change took nearly 4 hours (my jeep sat parked on side of office and no one told me it was completed. I asked the office and was told paperwork was being completed, so I waited longer. I finally went to the office and insisted…an employee found it next to the office). This time took 2 1/2 hours to repair a wiper motor; I had to take the Jeep home and bring it back. In the process of removing the motor you cracked the windshield (was replaced though). The driver’s seat back mechanism is broken. I asked the service manager about it-received not a word back.On all of this, Not a single apology!!! More
