My experience with Service Advisor Mary Franco was very pleasant. She was able to coordinate repair on my son's Jeep Patriot faster than the original estimated time. Didn’t reset my oil change light, and took about 15 minutes to even get the paperwork and to “find” my keys so I could leave, because no one could find them. My son dropped his Ram Truck off on 8/14/2023 for an oil change and diagnostics. When we went to pick the truck up on 8/23/23 they had the vehicle under wrong name and could find it, the truck was dirty, ha change and diagnostics. When we went to pick the truck up on 8/23/23 they had the vehicle under wrong name and could find it, the truck was dirty, had writing on the windshield and there were chips on the inside of the drivers side window. My son purchased this truck on 7/28/23 and both he and I inspected and washed this truck inside and out. This damage was not there before. It is very obvious and would have been noticed upon our inspection. I advised the Service Manager Joe Johnson of this issue. He tried to convince both my son and I that the damage was old because of how it looked to him. I advised that it was not there before as we would have observed it when we inspected it. Mr. Johnson did not believe us and continued to stated that the damage was old. He did not offer any remedy for this situation. I would advised all customers to be very careful when deciding to use Don Davis to service your vehicle. They do not take care of the vehicles in their possession and will not take responsibility for any damage they cause. More
