Mary Franco did a good job. I was not impressed with the technicians as they miss-diagnosed my Jeep Grand Cherokee twice before a third and hopefully final time. This cost me nine days the first drop off without a vehicle and almost $500. Mary arranged a loaner car the second drop off and after three days, they supposedly had it fixed. The same light and code appeared a third time and I dropped it off again for three days using another loaner car. This cost over $200 and so far it seems to be okay. The light has not come back on. I was not impressed with Joe Johnson who was there to assist me when I picked my JGC up the first time. He treated me like I should not be asking questions after I paid $1100 for repairs. When I spend that kind of money, I should get to talk to the technician who did the repair work! More
