Very disappointed in my last service appointment due to my service advisor. I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and when I got up to check, my vehicle was outside already completed and nobody ha my service advisor. The service was fine and we did have a huge delay with a part issue, but that's pretty much to be expected now a days with car/van repairs. I do have a serious complaint. I was not able to obtain a good standard print out of the quote for our vehicle. Your app does NOT produce a printable line-item list of issues for the repair. I to get Mark Drexel to send me something that was off your office network system. Thats still wasn't good enough to send to Cintas Corp for approval. I had to spend time "creating" a quote to send to our corporate office for their review and approval. I would be extremely surprised if you have not had other corporate fleet customer complain about this. More
