Poor experience. This is my second service appointment that my vehicle has been in for. My first oil change, tire rotation and courtesy inspection left me with lug nuts that would have fallen off if not for the hubcaps holding them in place. Love Don Davis for purchasing vehicles, but cannot recommend Don Davis CDJR for service. And, this is on a service package that I purchased with the vehicle. More

The dealership had no valid communication regarding the vehicle repair status. The dealership sold me two batteries, both of which were bad and had to again be replaced by another service repair shop. The vehicle repair status. The technician dismantled mobility equipment during his attempted diagnosis but failed to reconnect any of it upon the release of the vehicle to the other repair shop. Don Davis Dodge was a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever do business with them again in either sales or service. More
