So much to explain, but just completely rude. No knowledge of good customer service or courtesy. Would rather leave a customer stranded then to put forth effort to help....considering if no one was knowledge of good customer service or courtesy. Would rather leave a customer stranded then to put forth effort to help....considering if no one was purchasing these vehicles in order to have serviced, these rude people WOULD NOT have a job. I couldn't even believe everything that took place...just unbelievable and I seriously mean that. Treated like a child when we are grown adults in our mid 30's. Please watch who you let service your vehicle considering these are large investments we make and we all need some friendly-helpfull people to deal w/when things put our vehicles out of service... in the middle of traffic on your way to work in the rain.!! Thank you!! More
