First off, Manny was awesome! Second, my car is about 8 years and needed some serious TLC. Then once we agreed on the repairs to be done, he kept me up to date on the timeline and completion. He even found that I had an open recall on my vehicle and got it taken care of at the same time. I may not have bought my Chrysler at Don Davis in Arlington, but I will definitely service my car here. And if everyone is as great as Manny, I’ll definitely start there when looking for my next vehicle! Great experience and a great team! More

Made and appointment and then was asked if I could leave my vehicle for a week to fix a very simple issue that I diagnosed myself (Small speaker on driver side dash squeaks constantly when driving). Not to mention there are never any loaner cars available. What am I suppose to do, go rent another vehicle for a week and incur more expenses/wasted time when the problem could be fixed in 5 minutes?? Luckily Mary was able to get the service department to look at the issue the same day. However, I did have to leave the vehicle from 10am-4pm. When I picked up the vehicle the issue was fixed for about 1 day and then returned even worse. Now I have to start the entire process over again. This is not the type of service I would expect for someone who just purchased a 100k RAM TRX. More
I was very satified with my experience at the service department. Cesar was great to work with. He kept me informed regarding the status of my truck, as it was there for a little more than a week. But I had quite a few recall items that had to be addressed, in addition to 3 or 4 other repairs. Everything they fixed has been functioning properly, so it appears that their technicians did a great job as well. More
