On the side of the road I had taken my car in for service because the cooling fan was going out. Initially the service advisor told me it had to go out completely before they I had taken my car in for service because the cooling fan was going out. Initially the service advisor told me it had to go out completely before they would replace it under warranty. I had a male friend call to speak to the service manager and he told us to bring my car in and the previous info was incorrect. They called a few days after I left my car at the dealer saying I needed a coolant flush. I picked my car up after paying for the service. I found myself 6 hours away from home on the side of the road with my car hot. The manager at Don Davis told me to call the dealer there, which I learned closed early on Saturdays, opening Monday. I had to stay in town until Monday. I learned that the coolant pipe was not fastened on and it had came loose and all of the coolant drained out. I drove 6 hours in a car that was not fully functioning. So scary When I finally made it back to Arlington the service manager, refunded me. More
Recall I made appointment which I have to make it twice because it noted the first time,I made it because my car needed a recall fix. During drop off of my car was great but when it was time to pick up my vehicle was when I ran into a issue. When I dropped off my vehicle the salesman said it would only take a day, a day went by no call so I said since it was Goid Friday holiday I will call on that Monday so Monday came it’s 4 o clock no call from the dealership to come pick up my car. I called left a message for salesman that check me in, he call me back (this is the kicker) and stated that I had already came and pick my car up I stated no I have not. He stated that they didn’t have no record that I had ebven dropped it off, so they had lost my car. He stated he would call me when he found out what went wrong. He did call back and said it was in the place I left it, “I said in the Bay”? So I felt that since my car was lost I should have gotten my oil change I requested for free which I didn’t.Still today I have to take my car because my warning system wasn’t reset. More
