The service is bad. Miss Deep very nice. It helped me a lot to solve my problem with the poor service provided with my Jeep. I'm still not satisfied with my rolling of my Miss Deep very nice. Fast efficient service. I took my 2008 Dodge Charger SE Plus in for the Drivetrain Inspection that’s required to keep my Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty in effect. I was told it I took my 2008 Dodge Charger SE Plus in for the Drivetrain Inspection that’s required to keep my Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty in effect. I was told it would take about two hours. Not only was it done but they also did a safety recall for the airbag and a multi point inspection of the entire car. Audrey Wilson was great. This was one of my better experiences with a dealerships service department. I will go back. Good job. More

The wait is too long service is good but the wait and pricing are stupidly ridiculous. Courteous, Competent, and Convenient In a wonderful way, it was like going back to the 1960's when companies really cared about treating customers with care and respect. Audrey Wilson is a super Service Manager and just a super guy. He promptly took care of my babied '08 Dodge Viper, and had my broken power window quickly fixed and ready to roll just as he promised. However, EVERYONE I encountered at Don Davis was extremely nice and helpful, including the cashier, service technician (Mr. Do), the shuttle driver, and others who just asked if they could help. What a refreshing service department experience! And I love the large, clean drive-through service entrance. THANK YOU DON DAVIS SERVICE TEAM! More
