This was by far the worst and most expensive service ever All I wanted was an oil change and I told them to also review my car if there were any problem when I left the same day after they were done my car st All I wanted was an oil change and I told them to also review my car if there were any problem when I left the same day after they were done my car stopped for the first time since I've ever had it. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE Was greeted by the Service Director, Shannon just as I was stepping out of my car in Service. He brought over the Terry, the Service Manager to work w Was greeted by the Service Director, Shannon just as I was stepping out of my car in Service. He brought over the Terry, the Service Manager to work with me directly. I had a frustrating dead battery issue, which was throwing multiple codes. Terry and Shannon quickly ran down the process (I have Max Care extended Warranty - which makes things MUCH easier for all) and I was in a loaner car and on my way in less than 15 min. I know this doesn't always happen this fast in alot of cases, but I was happy that it could. It was also a holiday weekend, but that didn't get in the way. I was kept up to date on repair status both by phone and electronically by their automated system. I was also given a menu of items to repair, replace, consider where I could say yes or no to each one. I added a tune up, oil change, and another item and am completely satisfied with the outcome. I have already referred friends and coworkers to them. I will be back for service and my next car. More

Good Customer Service with Some Concerns Aubrey was great! I needed a quick ride somewhere and someone took me right then even though the official shuttle was already gone. Aubrey knew I was trying to get back to my mom's birthday party so he put my truck in the "quick lane" (Like for oil changes and stuff) so someone would look at it quickly. The water pump had gone kaput and the belt had broken. The pump was on recall so all repairs were covered by Ram. All in all a good experience with the people I directly interacted with. However, I heard chatter coming from the garage area that I just don't think there's a place for anymore. I've worked in a shop environment where we though ribbing was teasing was okay and eventually the environment turned toxic. The comment I heard yelled in your garage was, "why are all the white guys working and all the Mexicans standing around". I'm not saying it was offensive to me because it had nothing to do with me. What I'm saying is that allowing that type of talk in the shop especially when it's yelled out where a customer standing outside the lounge can hear may lead to some work place issues. More

Oil change/ inspection I gave it a good and not a great because they usually give me push back when i ask for a car wash at my oil change. But Dee Phillips took care of me.
