Good Customer Service - Will be back! I was hesitant to give 5 STARS, however the staff works hard for customer service points and try to exceed customer expectation. However the service I was hesitant to give 5 STARS, however the staff works hard for customer service points and try to exceed customer expectation. However the service manager (Terry Collins) always seems to be quick with customers and always has a fast answer for everything. The perception is - He is not friendly and tends to over talk his customers instead of LISTENING! This is my only "hiccup" about this dealership that I have. Dee was my contact person for my oil change and she did a great job even though it was a simple process. Im always impressed with Jim, never met the guy but always seems involved and has an open ear! Excellent Management style! More

First oil change on new car I took in my new Compass for its 1st oil change after 6500 miles. Dealer checked every possible thing that could go wrong and found no problems...This I took in my new Compass for its 1st oil change after 6500 miles. Dealer checked every possible thing that could go wrong and found no problems...This is my 4th auto maintained by Don Davis and never had a problem. I will continue to bring in my autos to Don Davis...I traded my 2008 Wrangler last August never had a problem, for the Compass . Spoke to Josh about the trade-in and dealt with Alex on the price . Josh and Alex were very helpful at arriving to a price I could afford...Dee in service was excellent in dealing with my 1st oil change.....The people at Don Davis are always so accommodating with my needs. Money mongers In Feburary I brought my car I for one code and they changed the turbo. Last week the car coded the exact same code. Now they want to change a sensor In Feburary I brought my car I for one code and they changed the turbo. Last week the car coded the exact same code. Now they want to change a sensor that supposedly cost $381 with $300 on labor along with a $150 diagnostic. I found the part for $185 from another Mopar dealer and it took me a whopping 20 minutes to unscrew, unplug, re-plug, and screw the new one in. Only to find out that there is a problem with the Wastegate like I told them when I first brought the car in. Will never bring my car to these "Master Techs" again.
