Took 3 trips to fix check engine light It took 3 trips over a 2 week period to get the ses light fixed. The first time said the throttle body was bad. 2 days later ses light came back on sa It took 3 trips over a 2 week period to get the ses light fixed. The first time said the throttle body was bad. 2 days later ses light came back on same problem. Took it and told them how to duplicate the problem. They had it 3 days and drive it 230 miles and said there was nothing wrong. Picked it up at noon and after setting 5 hours ses light came on again. Took it back a 3rd time told them again how to duplicate it. Had it 4 days this time. I had to call and see if was ready to be picked up. Said the throttle body was bad again. After picking it up ses light seems to be fixed but they damaged the front bumper. They ordered and replaced front bumper. Said it should be done in 1 day. No one called and said it was ready. Had to call again to see if was ready. Picked Jeep up again and after cleaning Jeep up after rain found where front grill area was damaged when they replaced the bumper. More

Service center review I was told last time I was there my jeep had 4 free oil changes. I was told when I brought it in it would be good to take care of the recall item. I was told last time I was there my jeep had 4 free oil changes. I was told when I brought it in it would be good to take care of the recall item. When I went back the 4 free oil changes were expired (wasn’t told anything about an expiration before). The jeep was a repo and the don Davis lady said the previous owner had the 4 oil changes. I paid for the oil change and tire rotation. I was satisfied with the work. Everyone was nice. Waiting room was pleasant enough. More

Service Department I brought my vechile in for service ( Oil Change and Saftey Air Bag) they told me that me vechile would be ready in a couple of hours. By the evening, 7 Hours later, I had to call and ask the status on my vechile. When speaking to the Service Agent, she advised that my car was not done due to the oil change and it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. The next day I arrived to pick up my vechile only to be told that they lost my key and they hadn’t done the oil change. A few hours later, I was told that they found my keys. The communication was horrible along with the experience!!! The service manager seemed to give two xxxxs about the issue! They did not even try to compensate for me having to miss a day of work along with losing my key. More

3 hours for an oil change!? I made an appointment and was at the service center on time. I had to wait more than 3 hours for an oil change. After two hours I inquired as to the I made an appointment and was at the service center on time. I had to wait more than 3 hours for an oil change. After two hours I inquired as to the remaining time needed and was told that there was an update that might be being done. I explained that no one asked me if I wanted the update done, because I do these myself at home to save time. The service representative said let me go check them returned and said that there wasn’t any updates that were needed. So, I continued to wait. After 3 hours I could see that my Jeep’s hood was done but no one was working on it. I was then told that it was done. I explained that no one had been working on it for the last 20 minutes. 16 minutes later I was allowed to pay the cashier and collect my vehicle. I asked the representative If My expectations were too high. He said to me no that three hours is long to wait for an oil change. No apology, no explanation, this place is awful and I put it all over social media. More
