This time I just came to take care of a recall notice that I received via email. Jason (service adviser), went on to do the paperwork and proceeded to check in my vehicle and asked if I was going to wait or return. I told him I would wait and he said that was a good idea since it shouldn’t take long to service vehicle. I proceeded to the customer lounge and within 30 mins, Justin came in to tell me that my vehicle was ready, that it was only a software update that my vehicle needed. As simple as 1, 2, 3! Thanks Don Davis! More

So first of all I when and told me would be 2-3 days to check my veichle or I could make an appointment and would get check same day. So I left and made my appointment week later at 7am. Got there drop veichle with Audrey and said will call me by noon to tell me what was wrong with my Jeep. Noon came no call, decided to give it some time and call at 5pm to Audrey left voice mail call back at 6:30 before closing and Audrey still don’t answer. Call next day back in morning still can’t get hold of audrey. After calling 5-7 times that day I get hold of him and he said veichle was not check yet and their time frame was 2-3 days told him I had appointment and he told me by noon and he said hay was not true he did not told me hat but said will try to get it rush so I was like whatever. He said will call me back before closing time with update. Guess what he did not. Next day after several calls I get hold of him he tells me what is wrong and he was going to talk to warranty and would call me back 10-20 mins and this was like 11am. Guess what I did not speak to him again until about 4pm after several attempts to reach him. He said they approved rental and he set up my rental with enterprise and to go pick it up. I get to enterprise no rental set up yet and now I go back playing chasing game to get hold of him. Go forward Jeep is supposed to be ready week later on Monday calling him to confirm because rental is due and they closing at 5 not picking up phone like always I go ahead and return renta anyways don’t want to get stuck with extra day of bill go take Uber to dealership he said Jeep ready but he could not released her to me since warranty had not paid because he just send the bill but warranty closed at 5pm and this was around 6:30. So I had to go back next day for Jeep. This was just horrible experience. Dealership may not be bad or service center this was just a bad personal experience with agent that represent them my part was just really bad poor customer service from that agent that needs to get coach or train better on what he job is supposed to be. I just wanted the airbag recall handled and a previous recall redone that was not handled properly with the ignition switch sticking on a Dodge Charger. Don Davis did a diagnostic and came back with some junk about the camshaft position switch sticking. I ran this past my real mechanic which called bs on this. It appears that they were just trying to make some money since they would be losing money with fixing the issue correctly this time. I spoke with Terry Collins which acted like a total db. "I'm going to pay my mechanic for his time, because he deserves it." Okay, Terry. Well I deserve to no be taken advantage of here. How about that? On top of that, they came back with some other bs items they said needed to be done. Oil Change? Really? Did you even look at the sticker on the windshield that stated it was done 1,000 miles ago? Flush the power-steering fluid? Did you even look at it? It had just been done as well? Brakes? Nope, those were done a year ago. You see here, they just bring up a bunch of junk that does not need to be done. These people are the reason nobody likes to go to the dealership. I don't blame Jo as I'm sure all she was doing was relaying information. More
