Bad customer service I purchased a service agreement and the last service person was actually very nice and informed that it was last service that that the could provide I purchased a service agreement and the last service person was actually very nice and informed that it was last service that that the could provide because my agreement would be no longer valid because I was over 36000 miles. He also informed me that I could use conventional oil instead of synthetic. Point being is Terry Davis called me and was very firm about saying telling me that my vehicle HAD to have synthetic oil. I informed him that I was told by one of his employees that I could. Later in the day he called me to tell me my vehicle could use conventional oil but didn't recommend it. I had a accident and my vehicle in the body shop. So being in a accident and having bad service made this ordeal a nightmare. I will NOT be going to Don Davis Service to get oil changes again. More
It took 4 days to complete an oil change and warranty repair I scheduled an appointment a week in advance with a detailed description. When I arrived I had to explain the issue entirely again. The service representative did not appear to be in a good mood when I first visited. I came in for an oil change and a tie rod replacement. I had to call them the second day to get an update on the progress. They had not been able to verify the source of the issue. The tech called me the next morning and seemed very helpful and understood exactly what was happening. They finally test drove and identified the concern the 3rd day it was in the shop and ordered the part. It took only a couple hours once the part got in the next day. Then I had to go back because I noticed the cap had broken off one of the nuts when the tires were rotated and they hadn't bothered putting on a new matching one. More

Quick Visit I took my 2017 Charger in for the dreaded service shifter code on a Saturday morning. Mary found 2 more codes when she tapped in. I also asked for them to check a squeak I have noticed with the steering wheel. While waiting for the loaner, I happened to see a screw in my tire about an inch from the side wall and mentioned it to Mary. I asked for it to be plugged, not patched. Fast forward 5 days, the car is ready. I go to pick up and they "even washed it", which was very basic, to say the least. Mary didn't review the work or the receipt, just walked me up to pay for the tire. She called to tell me they were not comfortable in plugging it or patching it. Pay for the tire and review the receipt. Nothing mentioned about the steering wheel or the other two codes (XM radio and hands free speaker). I drove it first to see if I just missed something. Everything works fine until 5 minutes down the road....the dreaded steering wheel squeak is still there. Everything else seems to be functioning correctly. My second visit where "things" were completed but the work not actually performed. More
