Not the best service- Average I took my vehicle to Don Davis and the service was awful. The technician was rude and didn’t want to answer my questions. I had to keep calling and calling to ask about my vehicle. Finally, I got tired of it and asked for someone else to handle my vehicle. The manager handled it himself. He called me back quickly and my car was repaired in a day, compared to the four day wait I was initially told. They are ok. You just have to get the right technician. It’s hit or miss. More

Long wait time Had my truck serviced oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. Told them one tire had slow leak they fixed it. Also had a recall on computer in truck. I noticed that front tire had a large object in the tire. I went back in and informed Service tech. I didn’t feel safe driving home. So they took it back in. Instead of putting it on Rush I waited another 1 1/2 hours. I got there at 10:50 am it was 2:32when I left. Really thought it was very neglective of person to not notice the object in tire. More

I have been to many Chrysler dealerships in s Don Davis service manager Terry and his team go over and beyond for you and all your needs and concerns. I have been to many Chrysler dealerships in several different states and this is the only one that has made me feel like they care about me and my concerns and wishes of the work that needs to be done. I was told the work I needed done would take a week and they had me back in my car in 2 days. I drive 40 minutes to go to Don Davis and pass Multiple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealerships on the way. I do this because of How Wonderful they truly are !! More
